Yes! We ship worldwide. For international shipping rates, email us at texturesandbeyond@gmail.com for a personalized quote. We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours. Please note that buyers are responsible for any import duties or additional charges upon delivery.

My item arrived damaged or hasn’t arrived at all – what should I do?

Once your order is shipped, I’m no longer responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If your item is damaged or hasn’t arrived, please reach out directly to UPS/USPS/Fedex to resolve the issue.

How will my original artwork arrive?

Your artwork will be carefully packed with bubble wrap, placed in a sturdy cardboard box, and sealed with fragile tape for extra protection. Please note that these packages are delicate and should be handled with care upon arrival. Avoid pushing through the back of the canvas, as this can potentially cause cracking.

Do your original artworks come framed?

Yes, many of my original textured artworks come framed in raw oak, unless otherwise specified. For some pieces, there’s an option to choose whether you'd like them framed or not.

Do you create commissioned/custom art?

Yes, I love creating custom pieces! You can submit a request through the contact page. All custom orders require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due once the artwork is completed. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to move forward with the piece. Once the artwork is finished, you’ll have 2 days to pay the remaining balance; otherwise, the piece will be made available for sale on the website.

How long does it take for a custom artwork to be completed?

The time frame for custom pieces depends on the size, complexity, and my current workload. Generally, it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to complete your custom artwork. I’ll provide an estimated completion date when you place your order and keep you updated on the progress!

Can I request specific colors, styles, or themes for my custom art?

Yes! I love bringing your vision to life. You can specify color preferences, themes, and any elements you’d like included. Feel free to send inspiration images, and I’ll work closely with you to create something that perfectly suits your space.

What are the delivery/shipping costs?
